Shipping:

Orders are processed daily. Any order placed after 4:00 p.m. CST will be processed the following day. Once the order is processed, Chan-Jin guarantees a 48-hour packaging. Once shipped, a tracking number will be submitted to the e-mail address provided. Shipping times are estimated and vary depending on the order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Houston, Texas

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days. Any out of stock purchases will be refunded 48-hour from the purchase date.
